Tue Sept 27, little white truck with a camper shell ran a red light at linder and chateau at 8:28 in the morning narrowly missing an older woman trying to cross the street. The owner came out and agreed to move our air conditioners on Wednesday 7/13/22 so we could pour concrete under them. He agreed an knew it was important that they be reconnected on Friday 7/15/22. On Friday he kept putting me off and finally I called him and he got really angry and said he had another job that was more important and could not reconnect our air conditioners for us as agreed. He also told me to go find someone else to reconnect our air conditioners and then hung up on me. Great price! 1A showed up on time, solved more problems than I had called for, and for less charge than other HVAC guys bid. 1A did a really big job in less time than my husband and I thought was possible. They stayed until evening finishing the job to complete it in one day rather than coming back to make it a 2-3 day job. Very happy with this company. The owner is so helpful and helped me with more than what we hired himto do. His employee was hard at work and very kind. We have had a lot of contractors at our house this year and we've been able to observe a good company vs a poor quality company..1A does great work! The only HVAC company I'll call in the future
